How does SuperScale predict my revenue?​

Using your historical  + real time CRM signals with external market indicators inside our frontier AI architecture; our multi-model ensemble (gradient-boosted trees, deep-learning neural networks) weighs more than 250 live data science features to generate deal-level probabilities and top line revenue forecasts.  Our average results reach 95 % accuracy just after the start of each prediction period.. The system continuously self-calibrates, so every interaction makes tomorrow’s forecast sharper. ​

How long does it take to set up?​

Thanks to pre-built connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, and other major CRMs, most teams are onboarded and see their first predictive dashboard inside 48 hours. We handle the data mapping, model training, and secure cloud deployment—you simply log in and “see your future.”​

How secure is my data?​

Security is baked into every layer: • SOC 2 (Type II)–ready architecture • Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) • Customer data isolated in single-tenant VPCs • Role-based access control (SSO/SAML 2.0) and audit logging • Routine penetration tests and 24 × 7 monitoring​.

SuperScale is currently in private beta. All approved beta customers have full, zero-cost access until general availability. Early adopters also qualify for lifetime discount tiers once we launch publicly.​

Do we need perfect CRM hygiene first?​

No. Our ingestion layer auto-cleans duplicates, normalises stages, and flags anomalous fields. You’ll get a “data health” report on day one and improvement suggestions, but forecasting-grade output is available immediately.​

Will SuperScale replace my BI or spreadsheets?​

Think of us as the revenue GPS that sits on top of your stack. We don’t replace general BI tools; we specialise in high-resolution pipeline prediction, risk alerts, and prescriptive next steps—then push the insights back to CRM, Slack, or your data warehouse.​

Does the AI keep learning?​

Yes. Models retrain incrementally whenever new opportunity events land. You also get quarterly model-health reviews from our data-science team to ensure the system evolves with changes in ICP, pricing, or macro conditions.​
